What a lovely way to start the day. (Yes, I know it's already 10:30 a.m.) I've just brewed up a cup of Taylors of Harrogate Lapsang Souchong in my new RTLIST mug. First time I've opened this tea (bought in Dupont Circle last week) or used this mug. Mmmmmmm.....
Right-handed users will view the neck of RT's guitar, his fingers forming some kind of chord that looks like a double helix, when they set the mug before them. Lefties get to read "They're worse than real critics, they're Amateur Critics" when their mug is at rest--us righties will display this text to the world as we quaff our favorite beverages.
This mug is a thing of beauty. My only disappointment was that, when I poured the hot water into it, it didn't turn out to be one of those trick mugs; I was hoping that RT's shirt would change color or that a heat-activated "Hokey Pokey" would start chiming.
